These insoles are very thin, so it's hard to evaluate them, as it feels like they're barely there. Many shoes come with an insole from the factory that may be thicker than these, so you may actually notice reduced support and more feel through the shoe than without them. For the same price, you could probably get something similar from Dr. Scholl's that will perform better. If you're buying a good quality sport shoe from a name brand, swapping their insoles for these would probably be a downgrade. That said, these aren't without their uses. If you've got a cheaper pair of shoes with a thin foam insole, these gel insoles would likely be an improvement. If you've got a shoe that's just a little too small, a thinner insole might create enough space to make them fit, or for other shoes, if you layer this insole over the existing one, that might work too. So these have their uses, despite their shortcomings. Read more
Las plantillas sirven bastante. Lo bueno es que pueden recortarse para que se ajusten a tu talla. Además son lo suficientemente delgadas para no tener que quitar la plantilla que viene en los zapatos (pero si vas a necesitar un zapato que te quede un poco más grande para que tu pie vaya cómodo).
