Decent, but could use more cushioning
I have a history of plantar fascitis (although it has not been an issue lately), but I ordered these to replace the insoles in shoes that came with very flat and non-cushioned ones. They did work for this, but I personally prefer a little more cushioning. The arch was adequate/supportive for my high-arched foot, and they were easy to cut to size.
