These insoles work wonderfully! My feet don't feel as sore and fatigued when I have these in my shoes. I have plantar fasciitis and have found that there is no pain after using these. They are super easy to adjust them to fit your shoes just by cutting off the ends to get that perfect fit for whatever shoes you're wearing. Compared to other insoles, the price point is actually better than if you were to purchase from an actual store instead of online. Overall, these insoles add a layer of support and cushioning that makes walking with these like walking on clouds. Read more

After having once stood on the beaches of Normandy...okay, not really, but I can attest to the importance of having the proper footing. Although my current battlegrounds are made up of marble floors and wooden hallways instead of foreign soil, the pain of the arches remains all too real. That's why I tested these high arch support insoles with the seriousness they deserve. To start, the support is firm—resolute, you could say. It corrected my posture within minutes of putting them on, redistributing pressure away from the heel and forefoot with impressive accuracy. For those of us dealing with plantar fasciitis or fatigue, this makes a real difference. I wore them throughout a full day of activities, and although my gait at the end wasn't that of a young cavalry officer, I stayed upright and fairly comfortable. That said, these insoles aren’t for the faint of foot. They are sturdy—perhaps even too much for beginners. Some may find the break-in period challenging. They fit my size-10 boots well, but trimming might be needed in some shoes. Still, their benefits outweigh their stiffness. Read more

I've had foot pain for a few years now so I'm always looking to try different insoles. These are fairly still and sturdy. I wear a women's size 10 shoe and these fit pretty well. I notice less foot and back pain from standing, I appreciate the support that these give me. They're not overly squishy and I forget that I have them in my shoes after a bit. Overall a nice find and I'm happy with the result. Read more

This is a review of Welnove High Arch Support Insoles Men Women Heavy Duty Support Insole Anti-Fatigue Orthotic Inserts for Plantar Fasciitis Flat Feet (L-W: 9-10 | M: 7-8-275MM). These are very good insoles with a high arch and extra support on the arch edges, under the heel, and at the metatarsal. For me, it is easiest to choose size by scrolling down the listing page, where the sizes are shown and also the length of the insole is shown. Though my shoe is often a women’s 8.5, the way women’s shoes vary I also wear a 9. So I ordered the large and am very happy. I just trim them at the toes a bit. Recommended. Read more

I'm anywhere from a 8.5 to 10 womens depending on the shoe. These are an exact fit to my foot and the show I added them to. The arch support is good, pretty spot on, and I can feel it there. They were easy to get into my shoes. I had to trip a small amount right at the front. It cut without issue. I do think they are a little hard in spots like the heel. I can feel it more than I'd like. I did get more used to it, but it still bothers me at times. Overall I like the support at the arch and the nice fit with ease of cutting. I wish they were a little more comfortable in the other areas though. Read more

These insoles have been great, very easy to use and supportive. Since I didn't have removable insoles in the shoes I wanted to use them in I had to guess a little bit with the trimming but they fit perfectly after just a little trim. I am using them in a favorite pair of shoes that is honestly pretty past their prime, but these insoles have managed to give them a little bit more life so thankfully I can use the shoes even a bit longer as they keep trying to fall apart on me. These insoles have been comfortable, even on longer walks, from day one and I've had no issues with them. Recommend. Read more

I broke my foot a few years ago and I have plantar fasciitis so I really need an insole for my sneakers to make them more comfortable. I wear a size 9.5 womens and these insoles fit my sneakers without needing to be trimmed down. I just had to slip them into my shoes. Easy. They are very supportive and comfortable. They support my high instep and decrease the pain I feel from my plantar fasciitis. I am very happy with the comfort and support that these inserts give. They are much better than the more simple type of plantar fasciitis inserts I had been using before ordering these. I had the foam kind that don't feature the extra layers of structure that these have. The structural layers make a huge difference in my comfort level. They're so much better. Read more

I wear 9.5 US shoes and these just slide right in, no trimming necessary. That was a pleasant surprise. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone with a shoe size above mine. I'm mid forties and walk quite a bit, daily. I target 5 miles per day, often exceeding that. I had a bad experience with some new shoes recently; leaving my feet killing me after 2 days on my feet roughly all day. After ditching those and changing shoes, I ordered these as an additional layer of support to keep me moving. Day 1 I used these for a 2 mile walk and I'm impressed already. They to add cushion, but not in a bouncy or distracting way. The arc support is moderate, which I think would supplement most shoes without being too much of an adjustment for most running shoes. The heel is the firmest part of the insert, which is great, because heels are first to land in my stride and I don't want to feel a squish or bounce as I start to plant my foot. The insert is good moderate additional layer of cushion. These support your feet, without being distracting or gimmicky. I feel like will help me keep moving. Read more
