The insoles have all crucial elements right, including the price. The yellow heel and forefoot inserts are soft, bouncy and well amortize where the most of the load. Both are shaped properly to well cover two of three (3) most compressed areas under the foot. The heel insert is elongated forward. Its tip should not be symmetrically in the center, but closer to the outer side to get under the flat foot extension going forward from the heel. But that small misalignment is not crucial, as insert's protrusion above insole's surface catches that load. The forefoot insert is properly asymmetrical by going farther back on the outer side following the toe tip line and the shape where the forefoot touches the ground. The middle, black, plastic insert is properly stiff and asymmetrical too in all three (3) dimensions. It is taller on the inner side to support the arch where high and well arced horizontally toward the middle. The black outer side is properly low and straight to carry a lot of load from the straight part of the foot touching there the ground. The foam above there is properly thicker than under the forefoot to better absorb the high pressure on that elongated forward narrow area. The forward, black edge is asymmetrical too. I trust these insoles for my daughter who is on her feet all day. Unfortunately, I can't force her to wear them, and she hasn't got around to wearing them yet. They seem flexible and sturdy. They are somewhat adjustable according to foot length, but I had a difficult time knowing exactly which size to choose. Made in China. Read more

I have been wearing Superfeet green insoles for 12 or 15 years, so this product is a direct comparison to them. Long ago, I developed plantar fasciitis after wearing Crocs daily. They helped collapse my high arches. A combination of Superfeet insoles (when I'm out of the house) and Spenco sandals (when I'm at home) has brought significant relief. I was hopeful that these Welnove Orthotics Insoles would be a good value substitute. Unfortunately, I found that was not the case for my body. As you can see in my pictures, the insoles were only slightly larger than my brand-new Brooks running shoe insoles. I ripped out the Brooks ones and trimmed the Welnoves to shape, which was simple with some sharp scissors. When I inserted them into my shoes, I found that they were uncomfortably thick compared to the factory insoles or the Superfeet that I'm used to, especially in the toe area. The heel area fit better, but didn't have the same level of support as the Superfeet. These are a good idea, but for my 150-pound frame, did not bring the value that I expected. You may have better results, but I would recommend spending the extra cash and buying Superfeet. I use them for 6 months to a year in my running shoes, then pass them down to my casual shoes and work shoes. Read more

So I really like this insole, in particular the high arch since I need that. The insole is absolutely wonderful on the heals and your feet feel like they are encapsulated. They are sturdy yet soft and springy. The fit is very comfortable with no slippage. The price is comparable to others in this quality range, but I still consider it to be a bit high. Overall, the product is better than others I have tried and I suspect that after months of use I will reap the benefits. Read more
