Overall a top notch insole in terms of construction. I had plantar fasciitis in the past and my doc suggested finding one that fits precisely for prevention. These are made extremely well made for high arches with enhanced support all around and an extra reinforced layer surrounding the heel. I run a lot, but am not used to the strong support, at least not yet, so I prefer these for walking or regular everyday day activities. They are great for normal use. Read more
I've been wearing these orthotics for a couple of weeks now, and they make a big difference. I'm on my feet a lot, and these insoles give me real arch support—no more end-of-day heel pain. The cushioning feels solid, not squishy like cheaper inserts, and they stay put inside my boots without sliding around. It took a while to break in, but after that, it was super comfortable. My feet feel way less tired, even after long stints in front of the easel. I paid $300 for professionally 3D printed inserts, and frankly, these are better. Obviously, everyone's feet are different, but for the money, these might be worth a try. If you have plantar fasciitis or need heavy-duty support, these are worth considering. Read more
The media could not be loaded. Hello everyone, I'm reviewing these arch support inserts by Welnov. I ordered these as I needed better supported my shoes since I have a very high arch and wide feet. I wear a men's size 10 1/2 EE, I'm also 64 so I need help with stability when I'm walking. These inserts are soft and cushioned but they also have a hard molding that cradles my foot and helps keep me stable. I like that that I can put these in and I can feel the support right away. It also has a button on the heel where I strike when I walk that gives me extra cushioning. They are supported self fits me very well as I have high arches and helps the shoe I put the are support in fit just that much better. Even these work shoes that I have the arch support in have a small art support but it's just not enough I needed something higher at least fit the bill perfectly. Okay well I like these a lot and they work so well for me and give me comfort to my feet. This is your friend in Maui. Sincerely, Charlie Read more
These Welnove are a nicely made set of OTC orthodic shoe inserts for folks over 220 pounds, which is me. The packaging is nice and let's you know about these inserts. I did not car for them because the arch is not high enough for me, as others have written they also have this impression. The inserts are also on the narrow side which may or may not be an issue for you. Originally I followed the instructions and removed the original insoles and put these in. They ended up being a little short so I put the original insoles (they are thin) in and then put these on top, which was more comfortable for me. I usually use CF440 inserts for support and will be going back to them. This is not a knock on Welnove but more an illustration of how every person is different and likes different fits in apperal. So I would say that if you only need a medium or low arch profile then these would be worth a look. Read more

I recently tried the Welnove Heavy Duty Support Orthotics designed for high arches to use in my work shoes. Due to plantar fasciitis pain, I have been using a heel cup for my regular and dress shoes; however, I needed much more support for the long hours I spend on my feet. These orthotics fit the bill perfectly. As someone with relatively high arches and a high instep, I find that they provide excellent structure and support while also cradling my heels. I am often on my feet for 8 or more hours a day, and these orthotics are extremely durable, offering strong arch support. The gel heel pad adds extra comfort, and I’ve noticed that my feet feel much better since I started using them daily. I would guess these orthotics might not be suitable for flat feet and would work best for those with medium to high arches. I wear an American size 7.5 in women's shoes and ordered a medium. I did need to cut them to fit properly, mainly in the toe box area. Read more
Orthotics out of a package are so hard to determine if they're going to work or not. For me, these didn't work. There wasn't enough arch support. They're somewhat hard, which is not a bad thing, but firmness also means more shock than I was used to from my normal inserts. They seem well made, and fit fine, but after a day of wearing I was in more pain than when I started. Your experience may vary, certainly the value was there. Read more
I’ve used these insoles for about two months now and have no complaints whatsoever. I’m a bigger person and recently started working on my feet all day again and I found these insoles super helpful! They’re made of sturdy, durable material. They’re easy to trim down to size and offer lots of support and comfort for standing all day on your feet. When combined with the right shoes, they’re a winning combo. Definitely a good value. Read more
