I've emailed from their contact form on their website, I sent a message to their tiktok and I sent a message to their IG with no response. I purchased this about 10/11 months ago and last week the lights just stopped working. I always kept it in a cool and dry place and charged it when needed. It doesn't matter if I charge it or not, they lights will flash on and then right back off. They have a 1 year warranty which is coming up and I'm starting to wonder if that's why I'm not getting a response from them so the warranty can lapse. I loved this mask, used it all the time, but paying this amount for something that didn't even last a year and then getting no response from their customer service is very disheartening. For the price of this product, I expected it to work for many years. The wire became faulty and it’s not removable so there’s no way to replace it. I was always very careful with it and used once every 2-3 months. I’m disappointed this happened. I also bought my mom this mask and she had the same problem. $600+ down the drain. Read more
