We have used electric blankets and electric mattress pads for years. Our last mattress pad, when new, was great, but after about ayear, stopped heating everywhere. It had three zones per side, which was excellent until 2 of the zones stopped working. The phone and website for the mfg, printed on the mattress pad tag was called, and they denied owning the model, despite evidence otherwise, and the pad was discontinued. So I wanted another pad, but did not want an expensive one and I wanted it to work. I tried this one because the price was ridiculously low, the adjustable auto off feature was nice, and it had separate controls for left and right on a Queen size bed. I was expecting a low cost pad, but figured it would do till I could find a better one. Fall is cold here in northern NJ, and my wife needs the extra warmth. Despite the low cost, the blanket is well made. They have nice covered holes for the wire to exit from under the pad, the controls are simple but work well. There are 10 heat levels (L,1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,H), and the auto off timer can be adjusted to 1,2,4,6,8 hours till auto off. The lowest heat level (L) is warmer than I expected, not as low as many models, but not anywhere near uncomfortable. I use level 2, which is about midrange heat on my previous heated pad. Level H is quite warm. Not burning hot, but like a mid level setting on a heating pad. I preheat the bed with level H, and the bed is quite toasty at first. I have issues with muscle pain, and I keep it at H for a while if my pain level is high. Most times I set it to 2 when I get into bed. The residual H heat level makes for a comfortable entry into bed and level 2 keeps me warm for the next 2-4 hours. That is what is nice. After about 2-4 hours, I am usually too warm and wake up and turn off the heating blanket/pad. With this unit I have it go off automatically after 2 hours, and I sleep comfortably the rest of the night. The pad contruction is better than the price suggests, but is not as good as the units that cost 5 times more. It fit my 12 inch Thick mattress perfectly and looks like it would fit a 15 inch just fine. So lots of heat, Good Value, fits as promised, controls work as designed. At this point I stopped looking for another unit that is "better" as this one meets my needs. Read more

Best purchase of the year, this product is amazing. Worth every penny. It is so fast to warm up, the fluffy Sherpa one is so soft and cozy and you can’t feel the cables at all. It comes with pockets for the controllers and it has great length to reach the sockets to connect to the wall. (I am a very picky buyer and looked at at least 13 other competitor products but I am happy with my pick) Read more

What I love about this mattress pad is the fact that it does wrap all the way around my mattress which is 18 inches with room to spare. It gets very warm and works great. I had to put it underneath another mattress topper because if you put it directly under your sheet you will feel the wires. But underneath a quilted mattress topper I do not and it’s still just as warm and comfortable. The pockets don’t really make any sense for the controllers because they’re at the bottom and then they’re under the sheet anyway and I know people say well flip it around and put the pockets up top but then the cords are all bunched up up there which don’t make sense so I just put them at the bottom and laid the cords just under the mattress and put the controllers on each side of the headboard on a little hook. But all in all I really like this mattress pad it works great. Read more

This is a really nice heated mattress pad. It fits our 8 inch mattress with room to spare. The controls are easy to use and they’re not too big. The cords are all long enough. So far, I don’t notice any uneven heat spots. However, I took off one star due to the heat. Don’t put it on high and leave it there. It’s perfect to heat up the bed, but it gets too hot quickly. Like really hot. Other than that, I recommend it and it’s a nice upgrade from our old pad. Read more

This warming electric mattress pad feels so nice with the Sherpa softness. It fits a deep bed mattress very nicely and goes about as warm as you want with the multiple settings. Each side operates individually with its own remote. I’ve already washed it twice and found you need to unplug the remotes and plug it back into the outlet - for each remote - to be able to click back on again. After you wash it, don’t think that the remotes are not working because they will just fine once they are reset by unplugging and plugging back in to the wall outlet. This only takes a second. Overall, this is mattress pad has excellent quality for the price! Read more

I have not used this item yet. I give it a 1 star at this time due to some manufacturing errors. The controller pockets were were installed on the same end as the plug connectors which is opposite as shown in the product video and installation instructions. I questioned the company and they replied that I could place the controller pocket/connector end of the pad at the head of the bed. A second item was that if a fitted sheet placed on top of the pad it covers the the contoller pocket. The controller is not designed to sit on a night stand, therefore needs to be placed in the controller pocket for storage. If not stored in the controllr pocket, it will have to lay on the floor. I'm not sure why the pad connectors are manufactured at the foot and have long wires running back to the controllers that normally at the head of the bed if the connectors can be placed at the head. As it is now installed, there is a lot of excess wires. Read more

So far we’re really happy with our heated mattress cover. Easy to set up. My husband sleeps warm and I was always cold, especially in winter. Now I can set the temperature on my side of the bed a bit warmer. Read more
