I'm really of two minds about this thing. On the one hand, I think it's a really useful, smart, and ultimately neat product for doing what it does. On the other hand, I feel like the maintenance required means it ultimately has you doing more work than you would otherwise. First off, things I like. To start, this looks neat as a pin. It's a really sleek design, and with it's indicators and whatnot, it's has that "smart" feel, even though it's not a smart device in the connectivity sense. The base it comes with is easy to set up and plug in, and it has little side containers for all the extra accessories, which is really appreciated. You can technically use this on carpets and rugs (it says you can do this for "small jobs") but it's really meant for hard surfaces. I have both in my home, and have a more traditional vacuum for the carpets. For this, you can just use it as a hardwood vacuum, but the real point is using it as a kind of mop, by spraying with water and/or a solution to wet the ground, and then go over it with the cleaner's pretty plush brush-head. And this works really well! We have dogs that bring in muddy tracks and this cleaned them right up. There are two settings you can choose, "Auto" and "Max". I find Auto to be more than sufficient, as it allows the cleaner to choose the power used by how difficult the surface is to clean. And when you're done, you can hook it back into the base and do the auto-cleaner setting to wash out the brush-head. Now, there's the problem - using this feels like you're doing two full cleanings, one of the floor and one of the cleaner itself. The instructions are very clear that you should be cleaning all of the components after each use to prevent a bad smell, and I think this is a completely valid instruction. But there are four different components to the dirty cannister, all of which need to be cleaned separately. (And make sure you have a utility sink you can use, because you don't want to be pouring this brackish stuff into your kitchen sink.) You then need to rinse everything, and set them out to dry. Ironically, it's almost worse if you're doing a dry vacuuming, because the dust and debris gets into all the different components, and you end up needing to wash it anyway. Compare that to just using a Dyson, where you just need to open the canister, dump it out, shake it a few times, and you're done. The other issue I have with this is that it doesn't like large pieces of debris. It will still suck them up, but if it could potentially get trapped in the brush-head, it may cause the cleaner to tell you to swap it out with the included spare head. I actually had this happen within the first two minutes of cleaning one of my floors. Granted, if you just pull back and wait a second, you should be able to proceed without issue, but it's still quite annoying. I had high hopes for this cleaner, and while it does clean quite well (especially hard floors), every time I'm cleaning out the cannister for almost the same amount of time as I spent doing the actual work, it makes me wonder why I didn't just use one of those disposable cloth mops. So a mixed bag, but may be more worth it to you if you have more or dirtier hard surface floors than I do. Read more

Oh, I wanted this to become my only vacuum so badly. Alas, it has become my every day, light cleaning vacuum instead. This is a great option if you're looking to avoid dragging out the broom and/or mop, however. Pros: • Very lightweight • Cordless • Both vacuuming and mopping functions work well • Great for daily sweeping and light mopping • Pretty easy to clean/refill water reservoir • Charging base is easy to use Cons: • Tips over really easily - and the water reservoir will probably spill • Can become clogged quickly • Felt roller can be difficult to remove to clean Bottom Line: I'm still using it regularly, and it's my go-to on weekdays or when I want to do a quick bit of cleaning up. But for more intensive vacuuming/deep cleaning, I'm still grabbing my mop and or larger, corded vacuum. Read more

The media could not be loaded. Really nice vacuum. It has a lot of nice features. Unboxing it went easily. It was simple to put together and the instructions were through. It is a full size vacuum but it does not take up a large footprint. It comes with a charging base which is great. It also has a few extra adaptors for cleaning different surfaces. On really nice feature is that you just tilt it back for it to start working. It moves easily almost on its own and is light enough to control easily. I also like how it has a self cleaning feature. The moping feature is also very cool and it does a good job getting the floor looking great. The suction power is strong and overall it is a great tool. One down side is that it is not as adaptable for other surfaces such as couches, curtains or things like that, but for floors it works great. Read more

The media could not be loaded. Wow, this vacuum cleaner and mop is lightyears ahead of most cleaners. This thing seems like it could cook supper and then clean the floor too. It is very sophisticated, and I didn't even know cleaners like this existed. "She" talks to you, with every function. Will tell you if water needs changed, heads need cleaned, needs charged, even telling you to return it to its base. It is self-cleaning, which is crazy, but really nice! It was never a favorite thing to clean clogged vacuum heads and rollers. I am so impressed with this super-nice Honeywell FC20 Ultamax Pro Cordless Floor Cleaner. The media could not be loaded. I love this vacuum. It’s so nice to have vacuum and mopping capabilities. I don’t have to vacuum first and then get a separate mop ready. Saves me so much time if I’m planning to do a full clean and it’s great for spot messes too. The charging stand is amazing and all the accessories that come with. The suction is awesome, I’ve vacuumed up ramen noodles that my kids dropped and it separates the noodles and the broth in the tank so I can dump them in the trash and the liquid in the toilet! The noise is typical and is fine when kids are napping in their rooms. I can still clean and not wake anyone. I recommend this item to everyone I talk about cleaning with. I’d buy this 10x over again because it’s such a value and performs better than other more expensive vacuums. Read more

I was pleasantly surprised with this vacuum. It has a lot more suction power than I expected or even hoped for. It was very easy to put together and easy to use. I love that it is wet or dry and the perfect and easy way to clean our hardwood floors in the kitchen and hall way without having to sweep and then mop! Read more
