Good set...
The knives arrived well packaged and in a nice box. Each knife has a thin plastic cover over the blade and a blade tip cover in a harder plastic. I tested each one for sharpness: #1 the bread knife, #2 the chef knife, #3 the utility knife, #4 the santoku knife, and last place the paring knife. I wish each knife was equally sharp and that they also had hard plastic blade covers to store them in. I don't mind too much having to hand-wash them but that may be an issue for others. Read more
