These knives are just great! I wasn’t quite sure if I should buy them but I am glad I did. The knives are high quality, heavy and very sharp. They look amazing and matches my kitchen cabinets. I've been using a set of knives that are nearing 30 years old. Recently, many of knives have started breaking so I needed a new set. After a long search for a new set, I'm glad I went with KnifeSaga. My first use was for juicing. Easily peeled and sliced sweet potatoes, beets, and pineapple. I was able to shave off melon rind with very little effort, without losing any of the fruit. The knife block looks great; matches my home color scheme very well. The knives are very lightweight and easily gripped, yet solid and very durable. This is a nice knife set, but too lightweight for me. It has several of the attributes I was looking for, but fell a bit short on the weight and variety of blades. The handles, while comfortable, are a bit short and I think would cause palm pain if used for any length of time. I am returning it and will continue to shop until I find a set I like. Read more
