We bought an LG 55-inch OLED TV a little over 3 years ago and we like it. Great picture with acceptable built-in sound. Yes, that remote took a little getting used to but it wasn't a huge problem. When I was looking for a kitchen TV and found this 43-inch model, I didn't hesitate. I didn't want an OLED set in the kitchen (which is much brighter than our family room). This TV looks great in the brighter kitchen light and the audio is acceptable (again), so we're happy with it too. The vendor gave me a pleasant surprise with their quick shipping! The remote for this 43" TV is very like our 55" TV's remote, so I have no problem with this remote -- or with LG's "web OS." Read more

Nowadays you have to know what hardware is in your tv’s just like your computer. LG tv never disappoints - you get what you paid for. I have 3 LG tv’s and 2 in my rental. TV has a great picture, everything works well so far. I did receive a different remote than is shown in the manual; seller was very responsive and said it was packaged by manufacturer. Not a big deal. LOTS of LG channels included in the operating system (via internet), however I need to look for LG help how to customize the OS. I'd like to be able to turn the TV on and get a regular on air channel! Read more
