Original review: It's a nice robust product, but I was sent a product which was probably a returned merchandise as it has several scratch marks over it and the protective plastic films were missing. I won't return it because the product works as it should and I don't have time to shop for another one right now. But recently this kind of things has been happening more and more. Not sure if it's a vendor or Amazon issue, but frankly I don't care. I don't like receiving products returned by other people. Update: The day I posted the above review the vendor B King contacted me and offered me a total refund on my purchase, which I accepted. A day later the offer seemed to be rescinded and converted to a free product replacement with no need to return the old product. As I messaged B King that I had no interest in a replacement product, they honored their initial offer to refund me. Which is commendable, especially that their initial offer was spontaneous and without my asking or complaining about anything directly to them. As my opinion evolved in their favor, I thought it's only fair to raise my star rating from 3 to 4. And for whatever it's worth, they neither asked me to revise my review nor to change my star rating. Read more
This mount works great, keeps my phone wire free and gets charged at the same time. Best to pay a little extra for the all steel model, others were having issues with the plastic ones. I ended up buying another one for my other vehicle. Read more
