This car mount works so well, I’m impressed. Honestly, there were a few things I was worried about when I ordered it. Turns out when I received the car mount and took a look I had nothing to worry about. First I’d like to mention is I don’t have to worry about my phone heating up because it’s not a phone mount where you install it on the vent so I love that for my phone’s health! Next, I’d like to say the magnet is so strong! When I get into my car I have to connect my charger to my phone. I normally would have to use both hands, but the magnet is so strong that I could push it in with one hand! The car mount stays in place and so does my phone. Last thing I’d like to mention is when I ordered the product, I ordered a MagSafe phone case with it. I ended up not needing it because the product is NOT MagSafe compatible. Instead, this product comes with 3 different magnets that you can stick on your phone case. So, this works with any phone. The only thing I could warn anyone about is that when you install both the car mount (itself into your dashboard) and the magnet (onto your phone case), it’s there for good. There’s no going back. Of course you could take it off somehow. Like I said, the product is STRONG; it sticks well. (1) It would be hard to take off and (2) I’m sure when you get it off, you can’t reinstall it. I love the product. It blows away any other products I have tried. I drive a Chevy truck and there is not a good place in my truck to add a phone holder. That was until I found this beautiful product. This product is made special to fit in weird and unusual places. The directions were easy to follow. It also came with plenty of back up adhesive parts in case it you mess up installing it or if the adhesive loses its effectiveness. I was able to install it on dash on the left side of my steering wheel which keeps it out of the way of my front windshield view. It easy so good I could have installed it anywhere in my car because of how adaptable the product is at fitting in weird places. Now when I pick my kid up from school, I can use my Bluetooth and play music like it is part of my car and it fits seemlessly. Almost like the controls on my steering wheel. my dash is curved and I couldn’t find a good flat place for my phone. So I got this. It holds onto the dash very very well. The only little complaint is that the magnet is very strong making it hard to remove my phone. The unit is made of good quality and strong plastic. Read more

I purchased two of these. They are great for a dashboard that has a curve. I like the way they look and how strong and sturdy these are. Only one negative. The double sided tape used to mount these is not real sticky. I couldn’t get them to stay in place. I had to peel the tape off and replace it with a 3M product. They are now solid and secure. Unfortunately, I have to carry two cell phones. I have been using a vent mount clip from this same company for my iPhone Pro Max. My work phone is also an iPhone but the standard size. Wanting to keep both phones within reach and no good way to use another vent clip model I was looking at options. I did not want a suction cup for the glass because they don’t stay put. I didn’t want a suction cup with that gluey gel stuff, because while they stay put much better they all leave a residue that cannot ever be completely removed. (I’ve tried tons of things) I found this item and having another one of their products I love, I wanted to give it a shot. Having a dashboard with really no flat areas this seemed to be a great option, and it is. The foot design allows for the feet to conform to the dash and seats firmly to the surface. With the arch design you can move the holding surface to the point you want it and the ball design allows you to adjust the angle to suit any dash and any phone. With one of the 3 metal plates affixed to the phone case the plate lined up to the holding surface the magnet grab with much more force than I was expecting. It very securely holds the phone in place. You can turn the surface portrait or landscape and whether plugged in or not the phone stays put. Please note that just as stated in the product details this will not work with MagSafe magnets and if you put the metal plate on a MagSafe phone you will block the charging surface. I will also mention that the weight of the Pro Max phones probably would do best with the largest metal plate. More surface area would be better. I did test that using an old case and it worked well. It stayed in place well but the weight might cause some movement on a very bumpy road. The adhesive on the plate is really strong. The adhesive on the feet is also very strong. The description says it will not leave residue when it’s removed. I won’t know for sure till I need to remove it, but I assume it to be true since everything else in the description is accurate. I looked far and wide for a cell phone dash mount that would work for my oddly shaped minivan dash. I have a large digital screen right in the middle and awkward jut out and not even flat surface anywhere for a cell phone mount - until I found this one! The 2 part mourning part that you can angle is the key to fitting on weird places. I had one on for nearly 2 years before the adhesive melted off in the hot Texas heat. I ended up buying a second one for my husbands car. I also appreciate the magnets it comes with it. The magnetic mount itself is super strong and my phone never just falls off. Awesome product!
