Picture quality is fantastic. If using for a work computer I have been able to install it at two different employers (ie, the drivers don’t trip any firewalls, etc. like some cameras). I was so pleased with it that I purchased 2 more for home-offices as well Read more

The microphone does not work properly, it makes my voice sound computerized at some point in my work calls. I have to switch to a different microphone and then back to the camera microphone to fix it. Either need a new camera or an additional microphone. Read more

When I had seen the C930s was recently released I noticed Logitech moved everything to G Hub from the previous Logitech Capture that the C930e used. There are upsides that G Hub allows creating settings profiles so if you change locations this can be useful. Since I'm replacing the C920 that was moved to my laptop, I'm able to still give input in how much of a difference there is. Auto focus on the C930s is faster and much more stable at focusing upon you even when the lighting is changing during a semi cloudy day or you're conferencing from mid day to late day. C920 in comparison the auto focus tends to drift if there is any kind of movement or drastic change of light such as sun light shifting. Color balance between the C930s vs C920 can have varying opinions from owners if you rely upon Logitech built-in "Right Light 2". I find the C930s to be more blueish white leaning and the C920 has a slight yellow leaning, either way you'd have to adjust the camera color balance settings. Lens quality of the C930s is crisper/sharper looking than the C920. Wider angle 90 degree field of view is handy if your sharing a laptop in a conference with others or your moving around during a presentation. If you watch any creative streamers on Twitch, C930 is popular for the wider field of view. Built-in microphone is good enough, there are others who still prefer using a dedicated microphone or bluetooth headset so its more of a personal preference. My overall opinion is the C930s is still a great choice over the C920 if the 90 degree field of view is a feature you need/want. G Hub settings profiles can be seen as a nice feature when you move between working from home and working at the office. Read more
