Quality gloves. Perfect for work or the range. Read more
I’ve had these gloves for a while now. I wanted to make sure to put them through the test before leaving a review. A little about how I use them, now I’m not in construction or heavy lifting. I use them around the house and on the car. Now I’ve done a lot of stone work around the house, lawn work including tilling the yard, built a porch, as well as brake work/ oil changes/ exhaust work, on 4 cars. These gloves work great. They are tough. They pull their weight. Now if I was out there everyday using them hard then I wouldn’t expect them to last more than a week and a half to 2 weeks. But gloves are just that, they are meant to take the stress off of bare skin and add a little more grip, and when used up, then they are to be replaced. Now these gloves have the finger tip cut offs. Just remember to start taking the gloves off at those points and you’ll get a bit more life out of them. Overall, I will be buying another pair when these get near the end of their life. Read more
I almost gave these 5 stars, except that the padding on the right glove popped free pretty much the first day of use. I have projects to do around the house, so I basically put these to work the minute I received them. Nothing matches leather for strength in my opinion, so was not surprised that these are holding up very well, and that no wood splinters got through them. The open finger design was very helpful for me since there are just some jobs that only the fingers provide the dexterity and the grip required. Basically, these protected my hands without removing the efficiency; excellent design. I would have definitely given these 5 stars if not for the padding popping off. I must point out however, this may have been due to me under sizing the gloves. I like a tight fit, so I ordered medium instead of large and had difficulty getting them on at first. Once the gloves stretched out, they were perfect, but this may be why the padding popped. It was only the one glove though, so I therefore assumed it must have been a random build quality issue. Overall, I would recommend these gloves for wood working; never had a better pair. I'd assume they'd also be good for mechanics, but have not used them for such yet. Read more

Has lasted a ruff run in a tire shop. They have protected my hands on many occasions. Worth any price to avoid an ER visit Read more

I bought these "Work Gloves, Fingerless Design" to use at the range where I practice target shooting, and they exceeded my expectations. They are very comfortable, fit well without being restrictive, and the three-finger-free design is ideal for handling firearms with precision. They allow me to load, adjust, and shoot without losing sensitivity or control. Plus, they offer great protection in the key areas of the hand. Excellent quality for the price. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for comfort and functionality during shooting practice. Read more

Have not used yet, but rely heavily on gloves for work. (construction) These appear to be some of the best built gloves I've come across. Protected in the right spots, and comfortable. I got the large set, with large but skinny hands and they fit snug. If you have large hands with thick fingers, they may be "too" snug and would suggest the size up. UPDATE: DO NOT BUY!!! These gloves did not even last 3hrs on a construction jobsite. Wasn't even handling wood, I was using my nailgun (no rubber grip). The seems came completely apart where the thumb meets the palm. Huge waste of almost $30. Feels like I just got mugged. Read more
Not a huge fan of these, which is very surprising because Mechanix gloves are normally the only brand that fits me like, well, a glove... I think it's the combination of Durahide on the palm and impact cushioning on the back of the hand. The fact the impact goes all the way across, and the lack of flexibility in the natural leather vs the synthetic palms on most Mechanix gloves, means that I have to size up to an XL to be able to comfortably close my hand without the glove feeling like a tourniquet across my knuckles. Normally I can squeeze into a large, which is a tight but comfortable fit. Instead, the fingers end up being too long on my ring and index finger, and the glove kind of wiggles off my hand as I open and close repeatedly. So while I think these are good quality and durable gloves, I think the design needs more flexibility integrated into it. Read more
