Finding running shoes that don't flare up my plantar fasciitis or aggravate the outside of my calf has been a nightmare for years. With high arches and multiple ankle injuries, I usually stick to barefoot or zero-drop shoes for daily wear, but anything longer than a short run starts stressing my joints without enough cushioning. This is the first pair of non-minimalist shoes I've been able to run in comfortably in over five years—truly impressive and a game-changer for me. The orthopedic design with built-in arch support hits the sweet spot: it provides real relief for foot/heel pain and plantar issues without feeling overly rigid or forcing an unnatural gait. The extra cushioning absorbs impact well during runs, protecting my ankles and calves better than expected. Build quality is excellent—solid materials, good traction on various surfaces (I've tested them on pavement, light trails, and gym floors), and the outsole holds up nicely without excessive wear so far. I really appreciated the included extra orthotic inserts (one high-arch friendly, one more neutral/low), which let me fine-tune the fit to my foot shape and avoid pressure points. The colors are pretty loud and flashy, so they're not ideal for everyday casual wear, but that's not the point—these are performance shoes for running, walking, tennis, or work where foot pain relief matters. If you struggle with similar issues and need more cushion than zero-drop but still solid support, these are worth trying. I'm genuinely impressed and plan to rotate them into my regular runs. Men's Orthopedic Road Running Shoes: Comfortable Arch Supports Plantar Fasciitis Orthotic Fashion Sneakers, Casual Flat Feet Athletic Tennis Work Walking Shoes for Foot Heel and Pain Relief What a great high quality shoe from OrthoComfoot! Right out of the box, the color hits you with a vibrant aqua blue color with yellow accents. I have worn these all day long and they were as comfortable at the end of the day as when I first put them on. The orthotics provide a deep heel cup, wicking top fabric, metatarsal & heel pad (LOVE THIS!), memory foam, arch support, dynamic groove design, and springy cushioning gel for the heel. I live in Arizona so I appreciate the mesh panels to let out the heat so it doesn’t build up. I love how easy they are to put on just by slipping your foot inside and pushing. Wearing these shoes has lessened my knee, hip, and back pain. They also appear to be very durable to hold up to daily wear. In terms of value for the money I would rank them highly. They run in the same price neighborhood as some other orthopedic running shoes but they do work really well and are striking to the eye. They also come with another set of orthotic insoles to replace the originals when/if they wear down. Read more

I like most aspects of the look of these shoes. The colors are great and the design is generally nice. My only nitpick is the "Orthoomfoot" branding on the side of the shoe. I would like it better if that word wasn't plastered on the side of the shoe. The graphic logo is nice looking. I would have rather just had the logo on the shoe. The fit of the shoes are very comfortable and are true to size. They come with two sets of arch supports. I'm not certain if the two sets are identical or not. The supports that come in the shoe provide good support for my foot. They quickly molded to the shape of my feet after wearing the shoes for a few hours. I found the shoes to be good training shoes and are comfortable for jogging. The stability of my foot in the shoes is good but not as good as my regular stability oriented shoes. I had hoped to not have to buy specialized running insoles for the "ortho" oriented shoes. That would have made them a great value. But, I found that while the insoles provide better support that what comes with most shoes they are not up the the quality of aftermarket insoles. Most of the after market insoles have a stiff layer under the cushioning that provides much better support and stability that these shoes. Read more

I absolutely love these shoes. They are extremely comfortable and well made. I tend to have trouble with one foot so when my wife saw these she grabbed them right up. All the material used is of great quality and the areas where the sole is glued to the rest of the shoe it is clean with no exposed glue or such. They come with an extra set of insoles so you can adjust the fit and comfort level in the arch area. The style, color and design are really fun and "summery" with the bright orange and yellow. From a cost/value standpoint these are more expensive than most but I feel the comfort and quality outweighs the cost. The only thing I really don't like is the logo/brand name on the shoe that incorrectly says "Orthoomfoot". It looks to me like it was meant to say the brand name as "Orthocomfort". But either way to me it feels like I am advertising that they are orthopedic shoes. It's not a big thing but still, who wants to tell the world you're wearing orthopedics? That said it isn't something I'd knock stars off in this review as I really like the shoes and their quality. Read more
