MP3 Player with Spotify for Kids Android 14 Based MP4 Player with App Store Parental Controls Amazon Music

This Luoran MP3 player is a surprisingly competent little device that punches above its price in terms of functionality. The premise is simple: want a 'phone' for your kids that really only works on Wi-Fi, is great for playing locally downloaded music or video, and has a solid suite of parental controls? Look no further than the Luoran M4Pro. This device comes with Android 14 built in, which is not the newest version of Android, but it is also not the most outdated either. Google Play Store works as expected, allowing the installation of various apps to the device. This device features a robust parental controls program, and some neat features at the software level, such as shutting down at certain times or after periods of inactivity. It also comes pre-installed with loads of kid-friendly entertainment apps. Most of these can be uninstalled if not needed. The build quality and accessory package is excellent here as well. A clear case is included as well as screen protectors and a charging cable, as well as a pair of basic headphones. This device, of course, sports a headphone jack! Bluetooth also works great. Build quality is up there with other cheap Android phones, but not quite as premium as a Samsung Galaxy or Apple device. The smaller screen is perfect for kids, and is comfortable to hold in one hand. I wish they still made regular phones this small! This device is certainly not as performant as its larger cousins but is surprisingly capable when running one app at a time, which is what it is designed for. All in all, this is a great "dumb" device that still retains some of the features that you'd expect on a modern phone without as much of a risk as giving your child a proper phone may carry. Obviously there is nothing quite like good parenting, but getting something like this, with locally installed MP3 music files, strict parental controls, and usage rules, can be a suitable welcome wagon to the world of smartphones. A mildly savvy parent can trust that this device is a good, safe, gateway into using technology without a full-fledged cell phone. With stock Android, an individual with the know-how can easily set this up for just about any use case. For me, I am excited to have an "offline" media player for road trips and other occasions. My daughter loves this player. Shes able to connect to her favorite apps and listen to her music without anyone hearing her Playlist with her headphones. Its been pretty durable as she's dropped it a few times. Its about the size of a wallet. It functions how you'd expect one would. The navigating the screen is very easy if your familiar with the superior android. Shes able to watch her youtube shorts. It has a small amount of storage so you can get a few things saved to it. I find this MP3 to be a good media payer as comes with Apps installed that I usually have for listening music as Pandora and Spotify. Just log in and connected to my Wi-Fi router and this little device was ready to go. Surprisingly, it comes very nice presented in cute packing box made of hard cardboard with all its accessories (USB cable and headphones) neatly stored in similar fashion as those high-end products. The product came fully charged, and connectivity was easy to set up. I wanted a dedicated player for my outdoor speakers which are connected to my Bluetooth amplifier so I can remotely select/stream music from my backyard patio, and so far, this player has done a good job. Both, the Wi-Fi and Bluetooth signal don’t drop out even when I’m reaching the farthest side of my covered patio which is great. Instructions included are very limited and you need to figure out for example how to create a play list, or how to download music to the device, for example. This payer is very versatile, as you can stream play music from apps (Apple Music, Pandora, Spotify, YouTube, etc), download and transfer your own music into the device and store it in its micro-SD card (64 Gb included), and supports up to 1TB micro-SD card. Battery life, seems plenty and last enough for my listening sessions of 6-7 hours. This player seems well built and good quality, and even comes with a plastic case for protection and resist some abuse. I like its touch screen, fast, good color contrast and nice responsiveness. Price wise, seems a little bit costly and in the high-end price compared with plenty of other similar devices currently offered in AMZ, but is packed and per-loaded with all you need to start listening music out of the box.
