The media could not be loaded. It was very fast and easy to apply to my ipad and very sturdy. It didn't come with instructions but it's kind of obvious what to do. I appreciated that it comes with a clear adhesive sticker to go first on the ipad or ipad cover in order to protect the surface of your cover from the adhesive. Then I applied the stand on top of that. (In one of my photos, I used flash so you can just barely see the edge of the clear adhesive protector sticker that goes underneath.) My ONLY concern is that the very edges of the stand are flexible like an Apple "Magic" cover (or whatever they call them). I know that over time those edges can fray and become warped and bent. It's not a functional issue but it is an aesthetic issue. I'd recommend resdesigning this slightly so that the edges are stronger. The hinges are surprisingly sturdy and I can adjust this stand to any angle I want. The tension of the hinges is such that it holds up at any angle. I love that. It looks great and is very slim on my cover. I wanted to buy a clear one-piece minimal slim ipad cover that didn't have a front cover, but the issue with those is that they usually don't have a stand AND a pencil holder. (Usually the ipad cases rely on the front cover to fold back and act as a stand.) So this allowed me to convert my new minimal clear one-sided ipad cover into a cover with a stand. I love the ability to convert what I wanted into something that worked for me. It was a little pricey at around $30 USD, but it was worth it. Thanks! Read more

Works well on heavier tablets, too!

I'm using this on a Minisforum v3, much larger and heavier than the stand is intended for, but it works at the viewing angles I am interested in, of the mostly upright variety. Past a certain point, and the device is heavy enough to overcome the 'stiffness' of the hinge. But the size of the stand is such that it only barely blocks the venting on the back of the tablet, which was my primary reason for choosing this option. For info: There are two vented areas on the back of the tablet, each about 50 sq mm, and the stand covers about 5 sq mm on each of the vents. Yes, I have it installed 'upside down', but I suits my purposes better this way, and is less likely to overcome the hinge. Read more
