No idea how the good reviews are using because ironically this seems to close & block the nostrils rather than open. If you look at the design, the magnets are pinching the septum if used the way advertised inside the nose, rather than pulling nostrils up away from septum to open air flow, as nasal strips do externally. Cones work well and stay in place. If you have a deviated septum like I do it can be a little difficult to work around. But they do make breathing easier. Read more
