Great charger and excellent customer service! I don’t usually leave reviews but I felt that this both served as a test over time and quality customer service. I used the included sticky tape to attach it to my car and it has survived both cold winter temps and hot summer heat without a problem. I originally purchased this charger back in Feb of 2025 and now December 2025 it has died, during November I noticed it would charge but was saying slow charger on my iPhone and last weekend it stopped working all together. I tried changing the charging cable the car port and even trying another phone just to make sure it was the charger. So that night I decided to email the company as they do offer a warranty although I couldn’t remember if I signed up for it or not, in my original email I included my original date of purchase and the order number and explained what I just said here and within 24 hrs I had received a response asking for my address to send out a new charger with no further questions asked. They have since sent me the tracking number for my new charger. Needless to say I am very pleased with the result especially since I truly liked the ease of this phone mount/charger. Works great! -- It does loosen sometimes, but it has been the best one outside of the Nite Ize Steelie ball. That one is the best, but not great if you want a magsafe charger. Otherwise, this one is super easy to use and the magnet works well (depending on the magsafe case - I did have one that it didn't work well with). Charges quickly! Read more

I've had a lot of phone mounts over the years and I have to say this one is one of the top ones. I've had the cheap ones that don't charge and fall out of the vent or don't stick to the dash. I've had the gimmicky ones that do wireless charging and have the motorized clamps to hold your phone in place. I've had problems with all of them in one way or another. Most of the time they fall out, while others just don't charge fast enough when using the phone GPS. This one has performed the best, but I'm not sure how much of that is chalked up to a great product versus the nature of MagSafe. Regardless, I've had very little to complain about. The magnet is quite strong. Almost too strong, as sometimes I feel like I'm going to rip the mount out of the vent. Thankfully, so far, it's held up nicely. The charging is the best I've experienced. Regardless of what I have running on my phone, I'm always getting a charge and when I hit 100%, I stay there. I have an iPhone 15, and I actually get most of my charging from this charger and have little need to charge overnight like I used to. Obviously that's due to the efficient battery of the iPhone and not the charger itself, but always getting a positive charge instead of a slow drain when using GPS is a....well, positive. :) I chose to mount mine in my vent instead of on the dash. The clip to mount to the vent is by far the best solution I've seen. Instead of just using a spring clip, it uses a tightening nut. There are lips on the bracket so when the mount is placed on the vent fin, you tighten the nut and it holds the mount very solidly in place. This is where my only real complaint comes in. In my experience, over time the nut comes slightly loose. This leads to the mount moving up and down with the vent fins instead of holding in place. Just tightening the nut (with your fingers, no tools needed) fixes it. It's not a huge deal, but when the magnet is so dang strong, you need that mount to be rock solid. Over all, this is honestly the best mount I've used. It charges rather quickly, no fiddling with sliding your phone in or out, and it's a very minimal design so it doesn't look ugly. I have had this mount/charger combo for about 1.5 years and really love it. Strong magnet, fast charging, and the extension arm is particularly helpful for my vehicle’s anatomy (2017 Silverado with vertical vents). My only complaint is that after approximately 9 months, it lost functionality and no longer charged. I contacted the seller/manufacturer (OHLPRO) about this issue and promptly received an identical replacement that functioned great. Overall, this is a very functional and decent quality product that is backed well by the company’s warranty. Read more

i’ve been using this car mount and i’ve really enjoyed the mag safe feature, I drive a lot because of work but this car mount doesn’t move one bit. It charges my phone quickly and easily as i don’t have to have many wires there. Usually my chargers make noises but this is quiet and cool. The design has lots of thought in it as no matter the roads i drive i can trust that when i use this my phone will be stable and charged. Read more
