These bands are great! I wanted resistance bands with handles for doing arm, shoulder/back, and core exercises at home. I use these for rows, pull-downs, raises, curls, etc. I haven't tried to stick my food in the handles and try them with leg/glute exercises, but I bet they would work! The bands are well made with strong materials and very comfortable handles for solid grip. The carabiner/clips are very easy to attach to many things, and the extension strap that is included is very handy for attaching the bands together, then standing on the strap for various exercises. The strap is also handy for wrapping one or both bands around something quite easily (I often use a porch or fence post). Recently I've been having trouble with one of my shoulders. My doctor told me to try some exercises with a resistance band to see if that would help. I've been using these resistance bands since then and the results have been mostly positive. These resistance bands provide an effective workout for my needs. These bands offer a good amount of resistance. The grip is comfortable and doesn't slip in my hands. My shoulder has definitely improved since I started using these. However, there are a couple of negatives. One of the clasps will no longer close on its own. So far that hasn't affected the way they work. I have attached a picture showing the clasp. Also, these bands appear to be made like a bungee cord which could cause some durability issues in the future if they become stretched out. Overall I've enjoyed using these resistance bands and they have helped my shoulder since I've been using them. So far the positives have outweighed the negatives.
