My daughter wears a size 5 in women's and these fit her shoes. She was needing something for standing in a food truck all day and these work perfectly offering her the comfort needed to get through a double shift. Good Quality and durable while being a fair value. Here’s my rating scale for products: 1 Star: Do not buy. This item has serious flaws. I would never under any circumstances use again. 2 Stars: Do not buy. Its usable at best, but you could easily find something better. 3 Stars: Just ok. Buy if you can't find an alternative. Some issues need to be addressed. 4 Stars: Recommend purchase. This item met my expectations. 5 Stars: I love this product and would highly recommend to friends & family. Additional Information: As a Vine reviewer, I know that people depend on these early revies as I to depend on reviews when shopping on Amazon. I fully intend to give honest insights. Because I pay taxes on the retail value of the products I receive (approximately 40%, which includes 15.3% for Social Security/Medicare taxes and 25% for Federal Income taxes), I will not only leave a review, but should my view change I will update the review as well. These insoles are soft, cushioned, and give great support for growing feet. The material feels durable, and the fit is accurate to size. They reduce strain and provide noticeable comfort for active kids. Easy to slip into shoes and built to last, they’re a practical and high-quality choice. I know it says kids, but some adults with smaller-medium feet sizes can use this too as long as they either don't cut it or cut it where they need to. They are incredibly comfortable and makes unbearable shoes much more supportive Read more
These are marketed in the product description as a product for kids but these are clearly too large for the size shoe they are supposed to fit into. I wear a size 6 and they seem more appropriately sized for me. They do seem supportive and well made. Read more
Got these for my disabled 45 yo self. I wear the largest size in kids shoes (winning!! So much cuter and cheaper than adult choices lol) because I have wide feet. But I am MUCH heavier than the kids they're intended for. So soles have a tendency to need to be pulled out of my daily wear shoes. The newest pair I had just hit that stage. These didn't even require trimming. And they haven't rolled, shifted, etc at all despite wearing the shoes barefoot daily. I'm including a gross picture of my stank shoes. Because honestly. A month of sweaty feet is hard on any insole even really expensive ones. But these are chillin as neatly as day one and I gotta say, what they lack in each support, they make up with cushioning that hasn't flattened out much, if at all. And looking way cleaner than the ones that came in the shoes. They were rocking dirty foot prints embedded by this point. Like little grungy stamps. So bang on. Good quality at an affordable price. And if my 200 plus pounds of awkward ADHD clumsiness and tip toe walking hasn't wrecked these even the slightest. I'd wager for most kiddos they'd make it through a full school season. Maybe even the following summer too! And that's a fit for any budget right? Read more

With a name like "OrthoComfort" (which I later realized was "OrthoComfoot") I figured this had to be a quality product. I also appreciated the depth of detail they put into their product listing which seemed pretty expert and authoritative. I was admittedly underwhelmed when I got the package. It came in a flimsy box that had a lot of typos ("Pain-Free Moveme!", "Hight Arch") and generally a cheap feel. There were no instructions other than what was on the box, they didn't mention the country of origin, and didn't even mention the materials. Unfortunately, the product itself had very much the same vibe. While the shape and contour provide moderate arch-support, and the blue gel-like section helps with cushioning and impact protection, the material feels flimsy and not premium at all, especially given the premium price. Generally speaking, if you child doesn't experience issues it's probably best to skip products like this to avoid interfering with natural foot development. If your child has persistent foot paid, toe-walking, or severe flat feet a custom orthotic may be best, or at least something from a more established brand like Superfeet (check with your doctor). My son has flat feet and it's been incredibly difficult to find shoes and insoles that are kid-sized. I was so excited when I found these insoles and hoped they'd work for him! He's very sensory-sensitive and has complained about prescription insoles previously. But he loves these and finds them both extremely comfortable as well as supportive. He doesn't complain about his feet hurting with these in his shoes. I compared them to insoles that I have for plantar fasciitis and they are comparable in quality. They have a strong, rigid arch support and enough cushion to be comfortable for a long time. Plus, they're thin enough that they fit into all of my son's shoes without taking up room and making the shoes too tight. If prescription orthotics aren't an option, these insoles are a good choice for kids or adults with small feet who need the support Read more
