I’ve had this case on my phone for a year or so, and it is extremely durable. It is a great value for the money, the phone protection is excellent as I have dropped my phone a couple times, and it does not obstruct any of the buttons that you need on the phone. It allows 100% functionality and it’s easy to remove for cleaning. Read more
Upgraded from an Xr to the 11 over the weekend. On my Xr I had an otterbox case (I think it is the symmetry line?, rounded sides) which I was able to put on my Iphone 11 ( Xr cases will work for the 11 but it will cover up the flash and microphone in the back - this wouldn't be a problem if you never use the flash or flashlight, but I actually use the flashlight function a lot, so decided to get the 11 case.) Decided to get the commuter series for the 11 based off of price point and not disappointed. It's a very sturdy case and the squared off edges make your hand really grab onto the case, like.... this thing isn't going anywhere in my hand. This does however make the case feel more bulky, so if you have tiny hands you may want to consider the cases that have a more rounded edge. The buttons on this case are also very sturdy and square. I noticed I have to apply more pressure to get them to click. Makes sense given that this series is called Commuter, so they don't want buttons to randomly be going off in your bag or whatever. I found my previous case to have MUCH easier to press buttons but they would sometimes get pressed on accident based on how I was holding the phone. If you have like... finger injuries / weakness in your hands, I would not recommend this case to you due to how much force you may need to exert to get the buttons to click. Read more

You can’t beat Otterbox phone cases for protection of iPhones. The fit is perfect, they are very durable, and all functions on the phone are accessible. The swivel on the belt clip is a little looser than some that I’ve had but not a game changer. Great value to protect the phone. I’m a fire Chief and carry my phone everywhere. Read more
