Very nice and comfortable to use and wear, it has 2 adjustable clips easy to fasten and unfasten my daughter and me have been using it for walks and workouts. This is a solidly built weighted vest. At 8 pounds it is not too heavy but enough for you to know it's there. It definitely makes a difference wearing it on a walk. I am finding that it helps improve my posture as I'm more aware of how I'm holding my upper body while I move. I have used this occasionally for walks around the neighborhood. I've also used it to add quick, stable resistance to certain exercises during my workouts. It does inhibit certain movements, so it's not ideal for exercises where you really need a full range of motion with your arms, like pullups. The only issue I have with this is that they include a phone bag, but my normal-sized, major brand phone doesn't fit in it. I don't think I'd use it even if it did, though. It doesn't seem to attach well to the vest and I don't really need my phone while I'm working out. On a walk I can keep it in my pocket. So, that's a small thing. I'll probably find a use for the phone bag in some way. Bottom line, this is a fixed weight vest. There's one clip that clips at the chest. It is stable while walking, jogging, exercising. These are the best. I got this one for my wife. I have a 40 pounder and this is the perfect weight for her. It’s comfortable and she is able to put a fuel gel, her keys and phone in the included compartments. She was able to do 2 miles and consider pain or straps digging in. It doesn’t shake around when she’s walking so the single buckle is good enough. It goes on easy and comes off easy as well.
