Purchased as a surprise for my Wife as I could no longer stand to see her struggling with dull knives and my sharpening skills are substantially sub-par, needless to say happy days all round! This set came in an attractive presentation box which gave a good first impression. The knives are stored in an attractive holder which has a bonus built in sharpener which is adequate for keeping the edges sharp. The set is black and silver which matches our kitchen appliances. The knives are very sharp and appear to be well secured to their handles, the handles are ergonomically shaped well and are easily held in both my Wife's small hands and my much larger ones. Altogether this set is an attractive and well designed kitchen tool set for every day use, This set is a great value for the $'s and we anticipate several years of use. Read more
I didn’t look closely enough before purchasing, but there is a knife sharpener right on the butcher’s block!! What a great surprise! These knives came in beautiful packaging and it was very easy to unbox and put everything in its place. There’s are high quality knives that cut through a watermelon like it was butter. I love the color of the handles, as well at the stainless steel blades. They look incredibly sleek and I have gotten a lot of compliments on this set.
