Worked great the first time. Super great. Mmhmm. Yep. Anyway, the next day, I heard this CRAZY noise coming from my bedroom. Apparently, Wanda (that's what I named her) had turned herself on (as one does) in my nightstand drawer. It sounded like a jackhammer in the wall. So, once I figured out where that hellacious noise was coming from and stopped panicking about whether or not someone was outside my house trying to break down the walls, I turned her off. Well, I tried to turn her off. I had to press all the buttons multiple times while her lights blinked at me like she'd been possessed by a hell demon. Probably an incubus. Anyway, 2 minutes later, she came back on. If she was a guy, I'd be impressed with a 2 minute turn around. However, for a BOB, this was less than amusing. I managed to turn her off again, with much button pushing, cursing, and muttered lines from that movie Constantine. Then she came back on again. So, I plugged her in to shut her up. That worked, but then I realized she was going to be fully charged and ready to go demonic again. My friends in the group chat, after much laughter, told me to just use the damned thing until it died. Excellent advice. After a couple hours of thoroughly wearing myself and Wanda out, we passed tf out. That was the BEST SLEEP of my life. Woke up the next day, and plugged Wanda back in to see if the "full reset" worked. She didn't light up when I plugged her in. Sadly, she still has not charged after 24 hours and will not turn on. So very sad. And no refund or replacement offered. I have a feeling it's because I had her in the tub with me for our first go-round. Buyer beware. Wanda doesn't like a bath and will go full nightstand drawer smashing demon if you submerge her. Read more

I am in the middle road with this product. Let me start with pros: its powerful and I love the waterproofing. Its quiet, yes, I dunno about whisper, but you can get away with it lol. Now the cons: the rechargeable battery is great and all, but I feel a battery back up would be a life changing add on. Here's why.. the charger is not universal by any means. It's much smaller than even a headphone Jack. So, when you lose the charger (like I did during my move) there is no alternative other than to buy new ones. Which they offer...now. I got my original in March 2018. I loved the product until it broke, about 4 months later. Now, I have another toy I've had 7 years, still working. So you can imagine ny upset after 4 months. When I emailed the company to get a replacement, I figured I'd have zero issues, due to the claims of "100% guarantee" etc. Instead, I was met with reluctance and almost a snide tone in the return email, as if they didn't believe me. I offered to not only return their broken product, but pay to return it as well. I also offered pictures, I felt I was working harder than I had to to get this resolved! I was irritated with response and tone of the email. They then conceded to giving me a replacement, without me having to send them the old one. However, the tone of that email was as if I was being chastised like a child. In so many words or less, it was as if they were "doing me a favor, when they normally don't" type of speech and as if I was being told "dont break this one, it's the last you'll ever get". So, yes, I got the replacement after a bit of a huff and left that transaction with a very bad taste in my mouth. Didn't care for how they handled that at all. So, new product, so far so good, except the charger issue. Yes, that's my fault, but um back to spend more money now and wait once again for my "relief" to arrive in the mail. I did 3 stars due to the experience as a whole. I'm not just buying your product, I'm doing business with you. And of you cant be professional, I don't care if you have a 10 star product, it wont save bad manners. The only reason I'm not just getting a new system altogether is due to lack of funds. The chargers aren't much, so I digress. Though I wont be doing business with them again, if we are only talking about the product itself, yeh,it's good. Does the job. But I'm not leaving wowed..
