SereneLife 10 000 BTU Portable Air Conditioner Small AC with Dehumidifier and Fan Wifi Function Mini AC Unit

This compact a/c unit provides impressive cooling for a pretty large space. One of the reasons I opted for this unit was that I wanted the wifi control. With this unit, I can adjust temperature remotely and/or schedule cooling to be higher at different times. I will say though, it cools my room off fast when I crank it up to full power so it isn’t necessary to leave on if I’m gone for a long time. The a/c unit has built in capability to adapt and hold a set temperature when it is reached so that it isn’t always running on full cooling. All this is adjustable from the touch panel or the app. Setup was simple to do and I find it runs pretty quiet for how much air it moves. It can be set up in under 10 minutes and has wheels on the bottom for portability if one wants to be able to move it around. The media could not be loaded. This thing is awesome. I wanted to wait until I used all the functions and now I can say that I have. The air conditioner works amazing. Just cool basically my entire two bedroom apartment with 15 foot ceilings. Which is saying a lot. Yes I had one small window unit for the bedroom, but this thing did most of the heavy lifting. The dehumidifier is amazing. The fan is awesome. The heater is very effective as well. The one thing I wish that was a little bit different was the tubing from the unit that goes out the window. But, other than that, it’s amazing. I couldn’t be happier. And it’s very energy efficient as well. I tested it out. I use space heaters for a month which brought my electric bill up to $300, the most that’s ever been. And then I use this as a heater for the month and it was dramatically less. I can’t speak highly enough of this thing. The air conditioner is amazing, and the heater is equally as amazing. And it’s not super loud either. It’s just like a window unit. I refuse to write reviews unless it can serve as a warning to others.. Do not buy!!! Waste of money. Worked great as an ac unit for 2 months, then winter hit I tried to use the heater function and it never got hot, I started using the dehumidifier function and that worked for a week or so and then it started malfunctioning every use. Fan wont turn on even when on fan mode. I have it set up to drain downhill into a large bucket, I’ve checked bottom plug and nothing comes out so its definitely not full… spend the extra and buy from a reputable company because serenelife is certainly not quality oriented Read more

I must say that this is a great portable A. C. and was a lifesaver these past few weeks where it's been sooooo hot! I live in AZ so it's already hot here but its been waaay hotter last month. The dehumidifier,as well as the fan work really well also. Its really nice to have the wheels on the bottom, because I do like to take it in different rooms since I don't always hang out in one room. It's nice to be able to move it so easily and without help. Just FYI for the fan mode and the dehumidifier you don't need to have it connected to the window. So so it's nice to be able to have different settings all in one. And I can also vouch that It is very energy efficient. I have not seen an increase in my electricity bill which is huge for me because in the past Ive gotten these things and it really blows my electricity up. Awesome purchase and well worth every penny. I am really impressed with this unit. After looking at several portable air conditioning units I settled on this one. It's not the cheapest but not the most expensive either and having Wi-Fi is a plus. Set up was really straight forward and quick. Once up and running, this drastically and quickly dropped the temp in my 12' x 14' master bedroom with master bath door left open in south Texas. The only con I have is the water catch is not removable and is built in internally requiring the entire unit to be moved carefully to the shower or outdoors where you'll remove a plug at the rear base of the unit to drain. I got this AC unit to cool a small laundry room and kitchen. It was very easy to install and assemble. It came with a 6-inch exhaust. Everything slides together as it should and turns right on. It has dry modes, timers, temp, and speed adjust, and kicks on and off when temps are reached. It keeps the rooms at the desired temperatures. Read more

I used this for a few months before I wrote the review. Loved it !!!! I have a large master bedroom and it kept it cold !!!! The only thing I would change, is that it could be a bit quieter.
