I bought two of these because we needed Air conditioning and heat. The AC does work but it is very loud and tends to go off and on quite a bit more then usual. When it got cold I tried the heat on both of the units and both never put out any warm air at all and would shut off. The thermostat would be set at 70 and as it turned on it would say 77 and immediately shut off. Thankfully Amazon set up pick up returns because these are huge units for me as a woman. There like 60 or more lbs each. Just don't get these. It's a better idea to get the ones that have been on market for a while. Read more

This air conditioner is perfect, it has everything I wanted in one compact, portable unit. I had a large workshop space which was not conditioned in any way. I was really happy to find this unit that not only provides me cooling in the summer but will provide heat via heat pump in cold weather. It’s the best of both worlds and an inexpensive way to achieve everything I wanted without any complex installation. This unit moves anywhere easily, being on casters and only requires a small opening to be able to vent. It is a great capacity for a large space too. My space is about 400sqft and it is easily able to keep up with demand. I like having the extra capacity though in case of extreme heat or cold. This unit has wifi control as well which is handy. I can raise or lower the temperature remotely, for example, bumping up the cooling on my way home when I plan to work in the garage and don’t want to wait for it to cool. Worked well as a heater, bought in September, then went to use it as A.C. in May, started making funny noises, and died. I reached out to Customer Support and was told I had to send unit back and shoulder the shipping, then they would send out a replacement. It's been over a month since they received the broken unit, and I still have not received a new replacement unit. It's been extremely hot where I am from, and I am very unhappy with their support. I reached out to them and they apologized that they weren't more upfront with the 4-6 week turnaround time and my replacement would not be overlooked, Beware if you buy this! Read more

This unit will not correctly measure the temperature inside. It is about9-10 degrees higher than room temperature and will not come on when its very cold (freezing) inside. It looses WiFi and makes the app useless. Water will not properly exit with tube attached and the E4 light coms on even though its drained. I never had a product as bad s this unoit. Read more
