This Shark Glossi was soooo cool and nice to use! I have 3C/4a hair and actually used the wet to dry feature first so with that it took much longer but my hair was so soft by the end of it it was great. I did the wet to Ty feature first and then went through again with the dry feature and my hair was so soft and pretty. It was not very noisy and worked better than my other blow dry brushes. I didn’t have to use a straightener after because it was already nice. Lasted about a week without having to touch it up but that’s due to humidity in NYC. Absolutely love love love this shark product. It’s light it’s expensive but well worth the money. Ive always been a revlon hair dryer chick but this product welllll worth it. Ugh! Two major problems. 1st: I've had this product for a little over a month and already, the cord is finicky and shuts off the dryer randomly when you're drying/spinning the hair dryer. You have to spin the cord around again to turn it back on! 2nd: There are two settings, one for wet hair and one for dry hair. Idk why but the dry hair setting doesn't turn on the hair dryer? This wasnt so much of a problem when I first got the dryer. But since the 1st problem occured it's irritating to realize that I should've returned the product when the 1st problem occured. Now I'm stuck with it and out $150bucks. I would have rather went back to the Revlon one. At least it'd still be working properly and it's cheaper. The one positive thing I'll say, it dries your hair quicker. But that's it. My hair doesn't feel any more smoother than when I used other hair dryers. Read more

Works well to straighten and style but doesn’t give as much body as the revlon styling tool. That being said the heat is controllable with the shark where the revlon gets way too hot. Read more

I bought one a few weeks ago, and at first I was worried about the damage it might cause. I have fine, very frizzy hair, and blow-drying or straightening has always left it extremely knotty. I would detangle my hair, but by the time I was ready to blow-dry, I’d be completely frustrated—having to stop and detangle large knots over and over again. After using the Glossy just three times, I noticed a huge difference. After washing, my hair no longer tangles while I’m sectioning it, which has been an ongoing issue for the past year. I’m honestly in awe of this brush. I’m still figuring out the best technique to smooth the hair around the front, but that’s a minor learning curve. I bought a Dyson hair dryer a few years ago, and not only did it fail to save me time, it left my hair feeling like steel wool. With the Glossy, my usual hour-plus drying routine now takes under 40 minutes. I can’t wait to see how much more my hair continues to improve. Read more

It’s a good product! It’s not effective for hair that’s naturally frizzy, heavy, big, and curly/wavy. I’m sad it didn’t work but it’s beautiful. Read more
