Hard to put on.
It's hard to put on especially when you have a bum shoulder. Did not come with directions on how to put on, had to figure it out on my own. But got back on here and looked at pics of how it fits. I bought 2 different braces and so far I may send this one back. I would've given 5 stars if it had come with directions on the different strips which tighten/loosen and how to put on.
