I have had it for a month without any issues. It is very convenient and the tank is large and you don't have to fill it for a few days. It is very quiet.You cannot hear it at all.And the 360 nozzle that expands to evenly distribute the mist is very useful. It stops automatically whenever it reaches the desired humidity. The media could not be loaded. What a wonderful cool mist Humidifier. I like the sleek design and the large water tank, as not having to fill it as often. It came packaged very well and easy to follow instructions. I like the frosted water tank and the nice led lights to set it off. It is able to be hooked up to wifi and connect to app, and you can control the settings from there. You can set the desired humidity and it will automatically shut off when it reaches it. Extremely low to no noise when running. It puts out the mist at a good rate. It is very easy to fill and simple functionality. It seems like this is well made. Read more

We love our humidifier it works just as seller described. I gave it 4 stars because on the back of our unit we did not get the essential oil compartment. Reached out to seller and they don't sell it separately. We have opted to keep it this way! The customer service with this company has been great! Read more

This humidifier does everything I wanted it to and more. It holds 2+ gals of water, enough for 24 hrs. set on 3 (highest setting). The fill area is huge so there is little chance of spilling when filling. The mist it sends out is super fine. Good looking unit. I would suggest getting a humidity gauge because the reading on the unit is high near the unit but 10 feet away is substantially lower but reflects the room humidity. If you have dogs and kids and want to put it on the floor, I would screw the base into a 2 x 2 piece of plywood. I have no idea why it has colored lights. DO NOT PURCHASE. The first one I purchased did not work (motor) so sent it back and order another one. This one worked for 4 months and motor quit. I have tried to contact mfg and spoke to someone I could not understand. I tried calling back several times and now I just get a VM saying to leave a message. What a bummer, cuz when it worked, it worked greatโฆ..(UPDATE) 10/30/25 - Someone did get ahold of me and via email a new one is on its way to me and according to Amazon it should be delivered today.
