I love Smartwool socks. They are my favorite socks for the colder weather and I only have one pair. I wanted to buy another. The Amazon bot kept insisting that based on my previous sock purchases, I should select L. I knew this couldn’t be right but I did it. The socks were huge and they smelled like someone’s perfumy laundry detergent. They had probably been someone else’s return. I’m glad I was able to return them. I then ordered M and they are perfect. I’m a women’s 9. I remembered I’d bought socks before on Amazon. But those were packs of socks that were cheaply made in China and were L but shrunk to a child’s size. I paid more for a pair of Smartwool than an entire pack of cheap socks from China but this is a case of you get what you pay for. Great socks. Read more
