I've had these socks for a while and they really get the job done. Yes, they are very comfortable. They can be worn around the house, in your sneakers or in your boots. Generally a big fan of Smartwool and these socks did not disappoint. I'm a recent convert to their hiking socks, I had stayed away because I thought the ribbing on the ankle would be itchy for my dry skin like some other Smartwools I tried in the past, but they are very soft!
