This is high quality kinesiology tape that comes in a unique format. It is well made from high quality materials, very sticky and it works very well for support and pain relief. The color is a bright blue which makes it easy to see and work with. Note that there are no instructions, so it would be very wise to seek professional guidance for using this, especially with the unique format of this tape. The adhesive is very strong but I noticed no skin irritation. Overall I think it is a good value, but be sure that you actually need this particular cut, you can get regular kinesiology tape for significantly cheaper. Read more
I used the blue version of these on my partner's back for back pain relief. We watched several tutorials to get an idea on how to use them since they are such a unique design for KT tape.These were easy to apply, comfortable to wear, and stayed on all day- even through showering. The stickiness began to dissipate on the second day, as they began to loosen up then. They did a good job of helping with back pain. These strips are tough, yet left no residue upon removal and caused no irritation or any allergic reactions to the skin. My husband and I are turning into Olds. We have both had major surgery over the past year (knee replacement and Achilles’s tendon), so when I saw the Spidertech PreCut Kinesiology Tape for Lymphatic Drainage, I figured I would give it a try. Each piece comes with an alcohol wipe to use before applying the tape. Which I highly recommend using to make sure there is no lotion or other residue on your skin. I did watch a couple of videos first to find out the best way to place these for our various injuries. Since we are not experts, having each other to assist with placement was much appreciated. You can do it by yourself, depending where you are placing it, but it really is a lot easier with help. I wore mine around the house and it stayed on well, was comfortable, and I barely even noticed it was there. My husband wore his to work where he is constantly kneeling and walking, and by the end of his 10 hour shift bits were pealing up. I don’t really have pain any more so I didn’t notice it helping with that, but my husband’s knee is still tight and twinges with pain a bit, and he said it did help with that. I feel like it does a good job depending on how much movement you are doing, and I really like the convenience of having it pre-cut, but for the price I might keep my eye out for a similar product that is less expensive. If you know what you're doing with K tape, these things are great. The tape is high quality, a nice visible color, it's fairly comfortable but reasonably sticky - though we found that the ends did lose adhesion pretty quickly, even with the rounded cuts. The size isn't bad, but smaller people may need to do some trimming to get things to fit properly. The big downside is price. K tape isn't cheap, but these guys seem especially pricey. You're clearly paying for the convenience of pre-cut strips, which makes these things less flexible (and probably less functional overall) than just a standard roll, but it might be worth the time savings to the right person. This is a pack pf pre-cup, off brand, KT tape. The tape itself is fine. It's useful and does the job. It's nice to be able to start with pre-cut strips, but I can't get over how expensive these are for what they are. This package comes with 10 pre-cut strips fo tape for a cost of almost $5-, that's almost $5 per strip. There is not reason these should cost this much. I have many rolls of KT TAPE cost a fraction of this for the same length of tape and the tape works the dame. Read more
I had never used tape like this that arrives already cut into strips (but still attached to each other?) but oddly enough I liked it. I tried it on a weak knee and ankle both, multiple times, and honestly it did seem to soothe my discomfort a little and maybe even cut down swelling. It's super easy to apply, fit well, and the adhesive itself was not irritating. It stuck on until I took it off each time I tried it, which was also nice. I would probably order this again! Read more
If you know what you are doing with KINO Tape, then this is a next level event. With regular K-Tape, I would cut it into strips and try to stretch it in a way that it would lift the skin to try and get lymphatic drainage. Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. The spider tech professional pre-cut tape takes all the guess work out of the chore. the fan cut of the tape makes adjusting the effectiveness very easy and fast. I use it on the front of my legs and around the shoulder area and it helps me reduce my swelling and pain relief after intense exercise. Once the tapes are on, you hardly notice they're there because it is very comfortable. The tapes stick and don't move which is great if you need to use them during an activity that you will be sweating or perhaps diving into water. Each set comes with its own alcohol swabs for better adhesion. This product is a little bit more expensive than just buying a roll of tape, but the benefits outweigh the cost. Read more
These fan cut tape strips are an expensive convenience allowing for a quicker application . They are packaged well so there is no risk of them sticking together and you can carry them on your bag. The adhesive works as well as most KT tapes on the market and I did not have any reactions or irritations to the skin. There are no instructions or links to tutorials, you’ll have to find those on your own if you need to know how to use. I do feel the process is really high for just 10 strips.
