The media could not be loaded. 5 stars. Love this. Warning: sometimes it will shoot back at you if the ball doesn’t exit the pouch. It’s tennis balls so no real risk of injury, but be mindful. My only request is that this would be bigger, stronger. Let’s get crazy with these tennis ball sling shots. Let’s go compound slingshot for tennis balls. More distance. More speed. Dog owners: this is your best bet for now. None of the mechanical launchers last long enough because they use metal parts internally that rust and gunk up so the amount of force needed to ready the ball increases every day. This sling shot? Product arrived obviously used. Plastic bag cover torn, bow assembly not attached to cardboard package and tennis ball had been ripped out and taped back into the cardboard packaging. Tried to use it anyhow and ball does not release from the cloth pouch and simply falls to the ground. My advice .... Big Pass! Read more

Endless fun with my toy poodle!!!

This is my 3rd one of these! The 1st one I had for almost a year but lost it. My dog was so depressed (lol) so I quickly ordered another one. I must have gotten a defective one because it snapped in half the very first time I used it so I returned it and asked the seller for a new one. That was weeks ago and I STILL HAVEN’T RECEIVED THE REPLACEMENT. It certainly isn’t due to weather it’s in stock or not because I really needed another one ASAP so rather than wait for the replacement (that says it was going to arrive 3-4 WEEKS later) I went ahead and ordered a new one and got it in 2 days (While still waiting for the replacement) The product itself is awesome! I think I just got a fluke bc it is totally durable, works great and has produced endless hours of fun for my dog at the dog park so five stars for sure! As for customer service, one star at best! I bought it in late November, broke the first day, it is now December 28th and still nothing so that leaves a lot to be desired. But great dog toy! Read more
