This I honestly didn’t expect to love this as much as I do, but this steam cleaner is AMAZING. It heats up super fast (no waiting around forever), and the steam pressure is strong enough to cut through grease, grime, and even stubborn buildup without needing harsh chemicals. I’ve used it on my kitchen counters, grout, bathroom tiles, and even my couch—and everything looks noticeably cleaner. The attachments are a huge bonus too. There’s a tool for pretty much every situation, which makes it way more versatile than I expected. What really impressed me is how easy it is to use. It’s lightweight, the hose gives you great reach, and it doesn’t feel bulky or awkward like some other machines. For the price, this is an absolute steal. I really like this thing! It's compact, heats up very quickly and is easy to use. The cord and hose are both long so finding a place to plug in and reach your work area should not be hard. Usage: To fill it you first lift up a rubber flap on the top, then you pour in the water. The design of the case means you don't necessarily have to use a funnel (which is good because none is supplied), but a funnel might be advantageous if you're wrestling one of those gallon sized distilled water jugs and/or your aim isn't great. The controls are seamless touch sensitive type buttons, not mechanical, so it's not a big deal if they get splashed during filling because there are no gaps for water to leak into. Capacity: I saw units with slightly larger water tanks, but you have to consider if being larger and heavier is worth not having to refill it as often. It starts and stops very quickly (touch of a button) so stopping to put more water in is a minor thing really... On the lowest setting it will easily go for 30 minutes on one tank. Effectiveness: I got it for grout cleaning and I have to say it does clean the grout very well and with no harsh chemicals needed at all, just the power of steam. However ... its area of effect is small, so cleaning a large area will take many sessions, patience, and lots of distilled water. There's also a bit of technique required. I found it best to do a small zone, then wipe it down (to remove water and dirt), then move on. The basic nozzle or bend nozzle did the best job in my opinion because you can more easily get any angle or distance, but the brush nozzle was handy on some really grimy sections. I also was excited to try it out on a few other things, and discovered it's pretty great at lifting water marks around bathroom and kitchen sinks, and it can blast some oven grime with ease; e.g. carbonized pizza cheese, although it doesn't have any effect at all on polymerized oil (harsh chemicals are still your best bet for that I think). I wanted a steam cleaner to clean my brand new oven when needed. This is the second steam cleaner I’ve tried. The first (bissell) was great…gets really hot, melted grease right off. I returned that one because it was really small, not big enough to clean the whole kitchen. Also there was no on/off button. Had to keep your thumb on the button while cleaning; not ideal. Returned. This second one had everything the first did not…on/off button…bigger water reservoir. HOWEVER, I had to return because it does not get hot! Like not even a little bit. It says to wait 15 seconds. I waited 20 mins and still just warm. This wasn’t going to clean anything. It produces a ton of lukewarm “steam” and it’s a little loud. But the most important thing is that it does not get hot. Like why are we even here? I should’ve known even before taking it out of the box that it would not get hot. It doesn’t have a safety feature for pressure. I was doubtful at first, but I decided to order this because I needed a portable steamer that fit my budget. I’m glad I did because it works really well and makes cleaning much easier. It heats up fast, gives off strong steam, and helps remove dirt, stains, and grime from seats, carpets, and other hard-to-reach areas. I also like that it cleans without harsh chemicals, which makes it safer and more convenient to use. It’s easy to handle, effective, and leaves my car looking clean and fresh. This is a heavy-duty, high-quality steamer! I really like the multiple settings, quick heat-up, and all the attachments. Even though the hose and cord are long, I still wish the cord were a bit longer. I also wish there were an on/off switch on the nozzle, so you don’t have to shut the unit off completely to stop the steam. It’s louder than I expected, but overall it works very well as a steamer.
