I recieved my steam cleaner earlier today and got right to work. Setup was easy, however, I'm unsure how to attach the stainless steel wand and the directions are lacking in information and in translation (pet peeve) The steamer does NOT get as hot as I expected. The steam from my slow cooker on high when I open it is hotter. (Ask me how I know 😆) That being said it DOES do a decent job cleaning and has saved me time and a ton of scrubbing stress on my crappy wrists. I do LOVE that the tank and wand are seperate. It saves my wrists and bad shoulder (yes, I'm a mess lol) the weight from holding it. So far I've cleaned my 23 year old kitchen faucet- not too shabby and happy that my faucet only looks a couple years old now. Oh! And it SPARKLES! White 23 year old stove top and hood. It did ok with the small round plastic brush attachment. But to be fair I've already given up hope on that looking new. The cleaner did however begin to remove paint from the wall behind the stove with the brush when I tried it on the wall so I stopped. Next was the patio door track. I'm embarrassed to say this was gross, but the cleaner handled this amazingly! Would I recommend this cleaner with the understanding that it's not a high end model - YES! great value for the money spent. I’ve used a few steamers so from my experience with them I’ll say this was not my favorite. I do like that you can see how much water is in the tank. I couldn’t with my previous steamers which is one of the main reasons I chose to buy this one. I used it on my shower/tub. The steam was good and strong and got it clean, but a few complaints. First thing I didn’t like is the part you hold isn’t at an angle which makes cleaning things awkward. There’s a dial to control the amount of steam but I didn’t notice any difference between the lowest and highest settings. The thing most concerning is what you see in my picture. The outer tube covering the inner tube is not attached on either end. This makes me greatly question how long this will last. I plan to return and try another model. Read more
