I had an issue with a few lights that came damaged due to the way that the shipper handled them. Sunco support is straightforward, easy to call, and easy to replace; two days later, I had them at my door. The dimmer function is incredibly smooth with the 0-10 volt, and I had no issue installing them. The lights are very clean. Well, they have a very soft and smooth visual appeal; you can't, for example, see any of the LEDs in the light itself. And it looks incredibly professional compared to my fluorescent lights that I used to have. Overall, installation is easy, handling them is easy, the glow is excellent, and the functions are excellent all the way around. Honestly, I'm buying as many as I can. These lights look amazing. They added that sleek modern look I was looking for. My only wish is that they had a black bevel but honestly you can't tell. They are bright too. I was able to eliminate three lights and save a little money. The cool thing... One came damaged. And the company offered to replace it ASAP. These light fixtures work perfectly. They are lightweight, easy to handle and install. Connections are simple with brightness and color easy to adjust to satisfy preferences. Over the past 7 months (since Oct) purchasing in small quantities at a time, I installed (40 each) Sunco 2x4 LED Flat Panel Light Drop Ceiling Office Fixtures, with Selectable Features, 40w/50w/60w/, 4000k/5000k/6000k, dimmable , Surface or Suspension Mount, replacing the old 2 x 4 fixtures in our church fellowship hall by myself. No one else helped me. They are that easy to install. At least all of these were easy. The very best complement I can give is every light I installed worked on first test. Not a single failure, or bad switching. Very impressive. To have that many fixtures without a problem over that length of time is "impressive". Now, having said all that I must remind everyone that the shipper is the last one to handle your fixture package before you get them. I did have a couple of damaged fixtures that had nothing to do with Sunco and Sunco replaced them "FREE OF CHARGE" in 4 days without returning the damaged units. I am a satisfied customer.
