Have you ever have that scenario and dilemma where you want to have a group picture and you need to ask a complete stranger for some assistance? The all-in-one tripod to bring on your travel and vacation trip. The material is made of good quality and light weight aluminum, sturdy and strong enough for rough handling. Best to use with a magnetic holder for your smart phone and your golden in any usage scenario especially if you want a fast way to stop and go to take pictures and videos. Strong enough to carry small camera like a micro four third type. The telescoping feature is really handy since the smallest length is short enough to store them in your bag but long enough to stretch the maximum height you will ever need. Functionally useful and very easy to use. The big bonus is the inexpensive price compare to higher end brands so it’s quite a steal. This will a my go-to tripod for my phone for a very long time. Nice metal quality construction, with a nice wide footprint. For smaller less-sensitive devices, I can see it working very well, but I utilized it for a a chunky laser level. Utilizing it at a low to middle height, it worked great. But on full extension, I found it to sway with the heavy laser-level. Just keep in mind, that’s likely due to the weight of my device. This Ulanzi MT-80 tripod really impressed me. The adjustable head on top makes it incredibly easy to switch between horizontal and vertical shooting, and you can fine-tune the angle in seconds. The height is amazing — it extends way higher than most tripods in this price range. I actually prefer extra-tall tripods because their long leg design makes them more stable even at medium height, and the MT-80 proves that point perfectly. The base is very well engineered: wide legs, automatic leg-opening mechanism, and overall great stability. At the same time, it’s still compact compared to classic photo tripods, which makes it easy to take with you to shoots. Another huge plus — the legs have additional holes for ground spikes. You can anchor it in sand, dirt, or windy environments, and it stands rock solid. I almost never see this feature on other tripods, so this was an awesome bonus. As for downsides — honestly, I haven’t found any for this design. It performs exactly as expected: stable, tall, lightweight, and very reasonably priced. I’m using it all the time for my filming setup now. Five stars. Read more

These mini stands are incredibly good good! I use these with the inflatable tube lights for weddings and for travel to save a ton of space. What’s great about these stances that they stand relatively tall and when I add the tube light, the light itself goes even higher, so I get plenty of coverage and portability. I 1000% recommend these for those who are wanting to travel light. Read more

Very versatile, non-intrusive and it works! The stand was needed to easily locate a local antenna "floating in air" to capture an "on air" sports station. It crazily can hook around the "bolt/pivot" on top of the pole, and remain stationary. It was easy to adjust and very steady. But If I had to fold and unfold this often, i would hope it would loosen soon. Glad it was ordered and arrived so quickly. Very compact. If this were to be very portable, a case would be handy.
