This was a trial pack and I took two easy to swallow capsules every night at bedtime in hopes of seeing some benefits. There is no flavor or aftertaste. This being a trial/travel size bag, I was a bit concerned about broken capsules, but these are strong/high quality and I had no leaking or broken capsules.
