I really like the look of this in my bedroom. It keeps time, does it's job as an alarm clock with enough volume to wake me up (and I am a heavy sleeper), and consistently charges my phone (although you do have to place the phone just right). But I can't say the alarm and other features are the easiest to use. It would not work well in a guest room unless you planned on leaving your guests the manual. It also is very lightweight, which to me is a low quality/less durable feel. I will also be curious to see how well the buttons hold up over time. I also wish the light could get a bit brighter.
