So far, I've thoroughly enjoyed the weighted vest. It's my first time ever using one so I didn't know what to expect. I've used it for almost a few weeks now. It's been comfortable. No sliding, pinches, or rubbing at all. I will say, I'm a 34 D and it fits across my chest comfortably. However, if you're very large chested, you may want to buy one that is adjustable. This one is not. At least it's not for the 12 pounds, which is what I bought. I may end up giving this to my sister or one of my neighbors who like to do walking or "rucking" exercise and buying another one that's heavier.
