These work really well in sneakers. For ladies dress shoes the heel is so thick that your foot may come out when you walk. Shoes with ties work much better than flats. Read more
Great job Read more
I bought these for plantar fasciitis relief, which they do not provide. I have since purchased other insoles which are more firm with a greater arch curve. Those seem to provide more relief for me. Otherwise, these are good quality insoles if you just want to replace the old ones in your shoe. Read more

I am a big guy with weird feet that have high arches. These do an ok job at arches support but I find the met heads to be sore by the end of my shift leading me to believe these are quite perfect for me. The surface is also a bit too smooth for my liking as my foots tends to want to slide forward in my boots. Overall these are good insoles for the price but not perfect for my foot. So far they have lasted a month without any signs of wear so hopefully the longevity will be there. Read more

6'1" just a hair under 200lbs. I had been having some significant pain on the outer edge of my foot. This isn't something I've ever seen a doc for, but I've always known that I've had a high arch, but didn't think much of it, got used to their never being pressure on that area of my foot. These made a significant difference, and improvement in my pain levels. Weight is now more evenly distributed around my footprint, resulting in less pain, and, surprisingly, slightly less low back pain as well. I've gone through a lot of pairs of shoe inserts. And when reviewing I always keep in mind the price point. Are you getting your money's worth, and really base my star upon that. So keep in mind what you're paying. I'd say your getting your money worth. If you're coming from and are acclimated to an insert that costs 2 - 3 times the price, you might not be impressed. Read more
