Here's the thing: I have tried ALL the mineral based sunscreens over the past 5+ years. ALL OF THEM. I don't even want to think about how much money I've wasted on pasty, white, thick, impossible to rub in products. UGH. Even the other Alba sunscreens are somewhat hard to rub in. THEN CAME THIS ANGEL OF A PRODUCT. It seems like I'm being dramatic, but I seriously can't overstate how much I love this stuff. LIFE CHANGING when you have a toddler who hates putting on sunscreen and is a slippery squiggly disaster. I used to end up exhausted and frustrated when trying to apply mineral sunscreens and actually rub them into his skin. This stuff sprays on evenly and completely clear and liquid. I couldn't believe my eyes!! Then I ran out and bought 5 more because I never ever want to run out! I double checked on the Think Dirty app, and it got a "3" which is a clean rating. Are there other sunscreens that rank higher as 1s or 2s? Sure. But that doesn't do me any good if I can't get them applied well on my crazy toddler. I'll take a 3 for a product that works as well as this one does!! (Also, please note we are verryyyy pale and this really does protect against the sun!!) This concludes my sunscreen love story.
