Customer Service is Outstanding!
My experience was fantastic. I highly recommend purchasing an extended warranty from Asurion. My factory warranty had just run out a couple of weeks prior to my speaker not working. I contacted Asurion and they sent me a shipping label right away to send it back and I received my e gift card the same day that I dropped it off at UPS. It was worth every penny! Read more
Confusing and more work for me to fix the problem
I purchased this plan with a dashcam I bought for my car and it stopped working so I contacted Asurion and used the live chat. They looked up the product and my policy and said it was covered then asked for my email which I gave them. I then got an email that said I need to reach out to the manufacturer. Then the person I was chatting with started responding again and said they will email me a shipping label and I have to send it back and once it gets scanned they will send me a gift card. This protection plan just requires more work on my part and doesnt really resolve much. Read more
