Asurion insurance happy customer
I recently had to use my Asurion insurance on an IPod touch. Once I was able to get the necessary documents uploaded everything went smoothly and my credit was issued in a timely manner. I do recommend purchasing the insurance. Read more
Asurion warranty
I usually don't take out an extended warranty but for my car radio I did. Unfortunately their was a problem with the radio a year later where it stopped working. Assuring was fast and resolved my problem quickly. I printed off the label ..shipped it off and within day I has my money. Thank you making this a stress free experience! Read more
Not what was expected from the warranty
My BOSE Sport earbuds were what was under warranty. The left one went bad. I expected them to either fix the earbud or replace them. Instead, I was given a gift card for the cost of the earbuds. The EXACT cost. I paid taxes on those earbuds that weren't 18 months old yet. I would rather they have been replaced like the warranty touts. AND I had to return the defective earbuds. UPS guy showed up and forgot the return label machine to be able to give me a receipt but he came back the next day. I received my electronic gift card as soon as the UPS guy took them so it was fast. I was a bit frustrated but I used the gift card to get another set of earbuds that were a different brand but a pair that I could buy and have the money cover the taxes. Read more

My plan B when I buy something that’s over 150:00 dollars!
That you should get the insurance money on your product if u plan on having being use everyday all day sometimes things go bad and without a back up plan u will be faced with buying a new one. Asurion is definitely worth the money for plan B . Thanks for asking Read more
