Asurion outsources a third party company that handles all their claims. This company has Monday through Thursday business hours only. You must be with your product to place the call to finalize processing your claim. In my situation my son’s power wheels jeep no longer runs, I can’t just throw it in the car and bring it to work with me. I also should not have to take off work to make a phone call to be physically with the jeep (That DOES NOT RUN!!) this has been the most ridiculous process and worst customer service I’ve received in a very long time. The jeep doesn’t run, I can prove this by video, they want pictures of everything else texted to them why not accept a video texted along with a phone call? Yes that’s right a PHONE call, not sure how being with the product at time of call is even validated. Don’t waste your money this is surely not worth a dime, they are a joke, both companies! This was my first time using my Asurion Protection Plan. I could not be happier. This is a great plan. From the first time reaching out with my problem they were fast to respond. Sent my product to them for repair and within a week I was told it was not fixable and refunded me my purchase price. This plan is a great value for the money.
