Just look at the other 1star reviews. Seems like Asurion doesn’t refund for electric scooters. They have been giving me the run around for the past month, saying they need a copy of the Asurion plan I bought even though they can check it themselves! They also said I am missing my signature even though I resent them a new copy, both the old and new one with my signature at the bottom. They will do anything to try and not pay. The guy helping me, Joseph, did help deescalate my situation, but then his supervisor tells him that I need to take a picture of the same form I sent w/ the signature! Just look at the pictures I sent! I’ve been using Asurion ever since I started using Amazon, but with Asurion’s poor service to it’s customers, I will be looking elsewhere. Read more

My daughter’s electric scooter stopped working so I reached out to Asurion and they were very helpful. Provided me with a mailing label to ship the scooter to them at no charge so they can assess what’s wrong with it, but did have to pay for the box and protection packing that UPS uses. Unfortunately they were not able to repair the issue with the scooter, so they did reimburse me with an Amazon gift card for the price I paid for it on Amazon. I purchased scooter on October 13, 2024, thinking it would be a reliable product. It broke down after just 2 months, on December 19, 2024, which is unacceptable for something at this price point. To make matters worse, I paid extra for a 2-year Asurion protection plan, and for over a month, I’ve been trying to contact them with no success. This is a complete failure of both product quality and customer service. I regret this purchase and strongly advise others to think twice before buying this product or the warranty plan. I expect immediate action to address this issue. Read more
