My e-bike battery failed. Asurion did what it could to evaluate it and repair it but to no avail. Something the bike manufacturer (Jasion) also refused to do. Asurion quickly, without any other action on my part lived up to its warranty and refunded to me the entire amount of my purchase price. Disappointing Service by Third party

Dear Customer Service Teams, I am writing to express my extreme frustration with the repair services provided by Asurion, Amazon, and LEVT. As a customer, I have encountered significant delays, unresponsive communication, and overall dissatisfaction with the repair processes for my products. Allow me to elaborate on my experiences: Asurion: Despite having a newly purchased warranty, the speed of service has been abysmal. My claim has been pending completion for an unreasonable amount of time, and I am left without a resolution. The lack of transparency and updates regarding my repair status is unacceptable. I expected better communication from a reputable company like Asurion. My patience is wearing thin, and I demand immediate attention to my case. Service request 1835040391 Timeline: 30 May- purchased a Ebike for $576 on Amazon and got the asurion coverage. 4 June- received it. 25 June - Submitted asruion came because my sone hit the curb when he got a flat tire and bent the rear disc brake disc. 26 June - Submitted all information and picture again to LEVT as requested. Spent 30 mins on phone. Note LEVT is the only Asurion third party who handles bike repairs and google reflects its poor speed of service. 03 July - Answered all previous submitted question again to LEVT and submitted more pictures. Spent 25 mins on phone. 08 July - had to take a measurement of the two holes for screws and sent it in. 11 July - called and complained to Asurion. They transferred me to LEVt and spoke to them again. LEVT stated they are waiting on Totem to send them a link for the parts in order to get authorized. 15 July - Called LEVT and textedd them no updates. Throughout the process I did not get updates I had to call numerous times and wait until I got through. Most of the time the phone system hangs up on you. 25 July - Called LEVT again and they stated they got the link the last time we spoke and recently attempted to use the link but the link did not work. So either they procrastinated on using the link in a timely manner or Totem sent them a bad link. Ayer I get the parts I still have to find a local location to fix it. pay out of pocket and then get reimbursed. Who knows how that will go. Amazon: As the world’s largest online retailer, Amazon should prioritize efficient customer service. However, my recent encounters have been disappointing. I urge you to review Asurions choice of their third party selection in this case LEVT. You will see there are customers who for up to 6 months have not gotten their bike fixed and that they have a very unresponsive customer support system in place. I urge Amazon to address these concerns promptly and provide timely solutions. LEVT: My experience with LEVT has been frustrating. The lack of clarity regarding warranty coverage and repair timelines is infuriating. As a customer, I expect better communication and faster resolution times. LEVT’s handling of my broken product has left me dissatisfied. It is essential that LEVT reevaluates its repair procedures and ensures a smoother experience for customers. Totem: You should review the answers that LEVT is providing about you. I worked with you recently to get new tubes and you were fast an dreponsive and truly believe this is not your issue or fault. In all cases, I have provided necessary details, including product information, serial numbers, and specific problem descriptions. Yet, the delays persist, and my patience wears thin. I implore your teams to take immediate action to expedite my repairs. As a paying customer, I deserve efficient service and timely resolutions. Please rectify these issues promptly, or I will be forced to explore alternative avenues to address my concerns. They were great but one thing I do have a complaint on is that I bought this warranty for a ev scooter well when it broke they wanted me to ship it to them being such a large item UPS didn’t know how to ship it and with it getting lost took over a month to get my refund back from them. They thought they could fix the item. With a large item like that they should of either had me take to a place to get fixed or them come to me. But to ship something like that out was kinda dumb.
