Sending my item that needed repairing was fairly easy you fill out a form that you print out and do get the shipping label that you print out not a big deal send it in and they're pretty good about keeping you informed however they didn't fix anything and we paid a deductible I don't understand because I filled out the form and it was very clear to see and they didn't it came back exactly the same so so there's that, believe they can resolve this because not only did I pay for two-year protection plan I paid for a deductible and nothing was fixed. UPDATE: After sending it in again with a separate note explaining in more detail, if came back so super fast and guess what? it works like new again so I'm happy to update this review! Read more

Awful!!!! I bought this for Christmas 2024. Here it is almost one year later and my granddaughter still can’t use this very expensive ride on toy. I paid extra for this warranty and it has done NO good. I wish someone would help resolve this issue!!! Read more

I got a two year protection plan on a hoverboard for my kids. It was just 3 month shy of the 2 years being up, when the hoverboard started bending inward and became unusable. I filled out the online form with Asurion which was quick and easy. Less than 10 questions to answer. Took me maybe two minutes to answer them. Before I knew it I had a gift card in my inbox for the amount I had spent on the hoverboard two years ago! I couldn't belive how fast the payment was. I didn't have to speak to anyone or answer any extra questions. I am VERY impressed how fast and efficient they were. Purchased protection for a hover board I got my kid for Christmas 2023. It started acting up and I eventually reached out to use my coverage. The website was slightly frustrating, but I got through it. They ended up sending me a giftcard because it couldn't be fixed. Only reason I'm docking a star is because everything I read, and even the emails since the giftcard was issued, said it would be the original purchase price and that isn't the case. It was less than I paid. Still, it wasn't bad enough not to purchase it again on his replacement board. So I got him a new one, with protection, and it only cost me a little out of pocket.
